Cancellation policy under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

We do not accept returns due to customer circumstances such as the product being different to the one they thought it was.
In addition, we cannot resell products once they have been delivered to customers due to product characteristics, hygiene and other reasons. Consequently, please understand that we cannot accept any returns whatsoever regardless of whether packaging has been opened or not.
Prior to clicking the order button, please make sure to confirm the details of your order.
Please understand in advance that if goods are not accepted due to customer circumstances, including acceptance being refused at the time of delivery, such customers shall pay actual expenses such as the delivery charges and return charges.

* Our products are exempt from application of cooling off and public liability law. “Cooling off” is a system that applies to door‐to‐door sales and the like where there is a danger of consumers being pressed into buying and does not apply to mail-order sales or individual imports.
* Please understand in advance that we change the images as far as possible, but there are cases where, depending on the products, multiple packages are mixed or the packaging is changed in a renewal or the like by the manufacturer and a product in packaging different to that in the image is delivered. As we cannot accept returns due to this reason, please inquire in advance when purchasing a product by looking at a photograph.

We make effort over our products, but if a product is damaged during transportation, is defective from the start or a product different to the one you ordered is delivered, we will exchange that product or accept its return (excluding cases of outlet products and products that differ to an image due to a renewal or change of packaging and the like).

If we have stock, we will exchange the product and if we do not, we will accept its return.
There are cases where a box may be slightly crushed or scratched due to the conditions of transportation, but please understand in advance that we cannot exchange products or provide refunds due to such defects or scratches on external boxes.
Exchange method
Please contact our company’s contact office first of all. After that, our personnel will contact you. Normally, an exchange is completed when the delivery agent delivers the replacement product by the customer handing the return product directly to the delivery agent. Our company’s contact office personnel will provide guidance on the details so please return products following the procedure as described.

Return method
Please contact our company’s contact office first of all. After that, our personnel will contact you. In the case of a return due to a defect in a product, please return the product to the following address “by freight collect”.

Refund method
◆ Cases of payment by credit card: We will issue a refund following the refund method of the credit card company. Depending on the timing of the refund, the refund from the card company may be after the payment has been debited.
◆ Cases of cash on delivery: We will issue a refund to the bank account specified.
◆ Deferred payment at a convenience store: If you have not yet completed the deposit, we will deliver a deposit slip for the amended amount so please make the deposit within one week after receiving the new deposit slip. If you have completed the deposit, we will issue a refund to the bank account specified.
